Technicians are required to take Continued Education Courses (Certified by IICRC) yearly to keep up on the ever changing cleaning industry .Their mission is to remove as much soil and stains as possible without damaging your carpet. On problem stains - technicians will discuss the possibilities of removal and make recommendations.
